Brad joined Greenlane in 2017 after a 25-year career in the natural gas commercial vehicle industry. He was a founding member of Westport Innovations Inc. (formed in 1995), now Westport Fuel Systems Inc., and Cummins Westport (2001). Brad holds a MASc in Mechanical Engineering (University of British Columbia) and an Executive Program certificate from the Stanford School of Business.

Wade founded Primero Mining Corp. in 2008, acting as CEO until 2010 and Chairman until 2018. He was founding Board member of Westport Innovations Inc. and Silver Wheaton Corp. and was previously Superintendent of Brokers for the Province of British Columbia (1989 – 1992), and senior partner, specializing in securities law with Lang Michener LLP (now McMillan LLP) (1993 to 1998). Wade obtained his LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.

David was a founding member of Westport Innovations, serving as CEO and a director from 1995 to 2016. He was a director of Primero Mining Corp. (2008-18). Previously with IBM, David currently sits on the boards of TIMIA Capital Corp and Augurex Life Sciences Corp. David has a BSc in Physics and a D. Juris, both from the University of Saskatchewan.

David previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of Primero Mining Corp., and as the Corporate Controller for Intrawest Corporation. He received his designation as a Chartered Accountant while working with the international accounting firm Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. David has a BA in Economics and Business Studies (University of Sheffield) and holds his CPA, CA designations in BC and in the UK.

Patricia is a former Canadian diplomat who most recently acted as an Assistant Deputy Minister in Global Affairs Canada. Patricia has held several diplomatic postings, including Canadian Ambassador to Peru, Bolivia, and the Dominican Republic, and Minister-Counsellor at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, D.C. She has a master’s degree in public administration (Queen’s University).

Candice Alderson is the Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Investments for the Ledcor Group of Companies, a privately owned company that is one of the most diverse conglomerates in North America.  The Ledcor Group of Companies consists of the Commercial Construction, Property, Industrial, Mining, Pipeline, Resource, Transportation and Telecommunication business units. Candice has worked with a variety of these business units during her time at Ledcor, including Senior Vice President & General Counsel for Ledcor’s P3 and Telecommunications Group, while also overseeing general corporate matters, including acquisitions for the Ledcor Group of Companies.  Currently, Candice oversees Ledcor’s Infrastructure Investment Group and is responsible for leading the infrastructure team in its pursuits of securing equity investments and supporting multiple Ledcor divisions in the pursuit of major infrastructure and P3 investment projects. She is a member of Ledcor’s Inclusion and Diversity Committee. 

Candice graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University (double major) and a LLB from the University of Victoria.  Candice was an executive member of the Vancouver Bar Association and has been active on various Canadian Bar Association Committees (BC and National) during her legal career. Candice was a member and Chair of the Bar Talk Editorial Advisory Board for over 10 years has participated in the CBABC’s Women’s Lawyers Forum mentorship program for many years.  She is also a member of the Canadian Infrastructure Law Forum Organizing Committee.  She is an alumnus of the Governor General’s Leadership Conference (2004), BC Regional Chair for the Governor General’s 2020 Leadership Conference, BC Vice Chair of the “Next-Gen. Now.” Campaign for Concordia and a member of the Advisory Board of Power to Be.  Candice was awarded L’Expert’s Top 40 Under 40 Rising Star Award.
